OS Licencing

Licencing ImageThe Ordnance Survey now offers two distinctly different licences to meet the different needs that exist within the market.

The first, the Plan, Design and Build licence is for projects that are identifiable by title and involve the design, construction, acquisition, disposal or management of land or property to which the OS Sitemap data relates. It has been developed specifically for businesses in the land and property sector and has a duration of 12, 18, 24 or 30 months.

The second, the Internal Business Use licence is for customers who are purchasing the data for a different non-project use. This includes individual homeowners who require an OS Siteplan to support a planning application.
